If the time is too short, it means that the injector is leaking badly, that is, the oil return is too large.

Pull the handle and perform the atomization test at a speed of 70 times per minute. The oil mist sprayed must not have dripping or splashing. The cone angle of the fog beam should conform to the technical specifications of the machine. Oil cuts must be crisp and clean with a clear sound. Otherwise, check the nozzle hole of the needle valve for blockage or wear and replace it with new one if necessary.

Before installing the injector, remove the carbon deposits or dirt from the mounting hole of the cylinder head, and then wipe it with a dry cloth, and do not leak the copper washer. After the injector is in place, use a torque wrench to evenly tighten the injector tightening nut to the specified torque. Finally, install the high pressure oil pipe and the return pipe.
